Ca’ Bonvicini is a B&B, not a hotel.
Please book (or cancel) our rooms bearing in mind that we are a small business.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please write us an email.
We do not accept cancellations by telephone.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty until 5 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival (or the pre-charged amount will not be refunded).
Note: if you booked a non-refundable room, the amount we charged on booking will not be refunded.
Our cancellation policy is invariable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
